Witch!Reader X Wizard!England - I Solemnly Swear I Am Up To No Good

You and your two friends were talking in the Gryffindor common room late at night. All of the other Gryffindors had gone to their dorm rooms, and fallen asleep. You were playing Wizard's Chess with one of your friends Francis, while your other friend Tino watched you two while petting his white puppy Hanatamago.

"So, (f/c) do you still 'ave zee Marauder's map?" Francis asked you. You nodded, "Yeah, why?" You asked. "I've seen zat Black Sheep of Europe from Slyzerin sneaking around zee corridors-" Francis started to say but Tino stopped him mid sentence, "While you were doing the same, Francis?" He asked the French male, and Francis nodded.

"Anyways as I was saying, I 'ave seen 'im sneaking around, and I was zinking you could go under your cloak, with ze Marauder's map, to see if 'e still is." Francis finished. "Uh sure I guess..." You said as your two finished up the game of Wizard's Chess. "You know (f/c) this isn't such a good idea. You could get caught by Flich..." Tino says. "Oh come on, Tino! You need to lighten up. Plus we could get zee Black Sheep of Europe caught and 'e can get into trouble!" Francis says to Tino. "Enough with you guys, I'm gonna do it. Francis stay in the common room and check every so often to see if I've come back, Tino you can go to sleep if you want." You said. "Alright then, just be careful, okay (f/c)?" Tino says. "I promise!" You reply back. Tino nods and walks up the boy's staircase to his and Francis's dorm room.

You got up from your chair and went up to your door room to get the Marauder's map and your invisibly cloak. After a few minutes you went down the stairs with an awaiting Francis. "You got everyzing ready (f/c)?" He asked you. You nodded. "Yeah, I'm ready." You replied. "Alright, as Tino said, be careful." He said as you put your cloak on and opened your map, and opened the Fat Lady's painting. "Good luck." He said as you walked out and closed the painting.

As soon as you got outside you pulled out your wand and whispered, "I solemnly swear I am up to no good." Then putting your wand away watching as the lines spread over the piece of parchment. You saw a dot that was two corridors away from your current spot labeled; Arthur Kirkland. You smirked, so your French friend was right, he was roaming the corridors. You and Arthur didn't have a very good relationship, you being in Gryffindor and being on the house Quidditch team, while he being on the other. You were both seekers on the house teams.

You walked to where Arthur was, he was at the top of the stairs, you walked up the stairs focusing on Arthur, you accidentally forgot about the trick step that was on these flight of stairs, you foot hit it and automatically sank in, making you drop the Marauder's map in the process. You let out a soft panicked yelp and the map hit the floor creating a noise, which both caught the attention of Arthur.

Arthur looked at the Marauder's map. "What is this? He looked at the two dots labeled Arthur Kirkland and (f/n) (l/n). "What? (f/n)'s here?" He asked and walked over to your dot bumping into your and knocking your cloak off. Arthur yelped in surprise. "(f/n)?! What're you doing here?!" He asked you. "I should be asking you the same thing." You retorted. "If you want to know what I'm doing here I get bored and can't sleep sometimes, so I go out and walk  the corridors." Arthur said. "Francis said he saw you, and he wanted me to check it out..." You said. "What! That Frog-face wanted you to spy on me?" Arthur asked, and you simply nodded.

"Hey, can you help me out of this trick step? I'm kinda stuck here." You asked Arthur and he nodded. "Yes, of course love." he said and pulled you out of the step also giving your Marauder's map back. You had a slight blush dusting your cheeks. "You called me love." You said. "Yes, I did. I'm only being a gentleman." He replied. "O-oh alright." You said. "Well, if you don't mind, I'll be going." He said and turned around. You grabbed his arm. "Wait, can you meet me here again, same time?" You asked him and let go of his arm. He turned around a faced you. "Sure love, I'll be there." He replied, "Now I must really be going." he added and walked away. "Good bye Arthur." You said to him. "Good bye (f/n)." he said.

You put your cloak back on and made your way back to the common room right as Francis opened the painting. "Francy Pants, I'm back." You said to him and he opened the painting wider for you to get in. You took your invisibly cloak off and pointed your wand at the map. "Mischief Managed." You said and the map was wiped clean. "So, 'ow did it go? Was 'e zere?" Francis asked. "Yeah he was. He went back to his common room before I could confront him though." You half told a lie. "Oh, I guess you could try again tomorrow night, non?" He asked. "Yeah, let's try again tomorrow night." You said and walked back up the girl's staircase as Francis walked up the boy's staircase.

You were walking to the staircase where you and Arthur had arranged for your meetings. This was around the tenth time you've visited him, and you've grown to have a large crush on the brit. What you didn't know is that he had one on you as well. All the insults now that were about you, were to keep his Slytherin side up and to not let his house mates think he was going soft, but you knew they were never true anymore.

Arthur appeared from around the corner and looked at you. He smiled and you smiled back. "Hello love, how are you doing tonight?" He asked you, walking closer to you. "I'm fine, how are you?" You asked him the same question. His smile fell. "Not so good, my colleges are getting suspicious about me leaving every night now." He said. "That sucks." You said. "Yes, indeed it does suck." He said, smiling again. You heard a noise and Flich's cat Ms. Norris came out of the shadows. You both quickly scattered.

"WHAT?!" Francis and Tino both yelled in unison. "You love Arthur?!" Tino asked. "And you almost got caught with 'im last night!?" Francis asked. You nodded. "Yup." You simply said with a stoic expression. "(f/n), your lack of expression is kinda scaring me... I get enough of that from Su-san and Lukas..." Tino says. "Sorry." You said.

"'OW COULD YOU BE IN LOVE WIZ ZAT BLACK SHEEP OF EUROPE?!" Francis yelled. You shrugged and smirked. "I guess he grew on me." You said.

You had brought your Marauder's map with you to meet Arthur because you didn't want what happened last night to happen again. Arthur came around the corner again and waved at you. "Hello there, again love. Before we do anything I'd like to say and do one thing." Arthur said. You nodded. "Alright." You said.

He pinned you to the wall and kissed you. He tasted of tea and scones. He parted from your lips much more quickly than wanted. "I love you (f/n)." He said to you. "I love you too Arthur." You said and kissed him again. You two kissed for the longest time, till the need of air became frantic and you parted. "Glad to know." He said smiling wide.

You took out your Marauder's Map and pointed your wand at it then said, "Mischief managed."
